I went to an acupuncturist yesterday for my foot and came away with four tips about eating better. Thought I’d share.

1. Eat right on time. Set a routine and feed yourself regularly, so your stomach/body isn’t waiting and waiting and waiting… I think this is my biggest issue. I come home at 9 or 10 sometimes and eat dinner then after not eating since 4 o’clock. Or sometimes I won’t eat breakfast because I lose my appetite after running.

2. Eat the right amount all the time. This has gotten a lot better. I used to binge and starve myself and now… I eat to eat.

3. Eat the right food. I need to eat less fruit. More veggies. Maybe less meat. Or not.

4. Exercise. More running. Yes.
